Quick Corn Chowder

you don't have to measure if you don't want to!

Corn (about 2 pre-cooked and stripped from cob)
Peas (handful?)
Diced Sweet Potatoes (1?)
Chopped Yellow Onions (1/2 cup?)

Almond Milk - to make creamy
Flour to thicken - maybe about 2 tbsp? 

Add To Taste:

  • Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper

Optional:

  • Bacon
  • White Potato

Throw in slow cooker for long enough that it thickens. Serve warm.
