Chia Seed Breakfast

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

3 Tbsp of milk (any type will do, soya, almond, coconut, cow’s, goat’s, breast)

Add extras to spice it up, for example:

  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • apple sauce or chunks
  • diced peaches
  • banana

Stir (or shake a few times if you are using a mason jar like the one in the photo). 

Let sit over night in the fridge. Ready to serve in the morning!
